Responsibilities
- Build the infrastructure for an AI-native design practice
- Shape the company’s interface for an AI-native world
- Own the bridge between design and code
- Set and model the craft bar for design quality
Qualifications
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Next.js
- Experience creating or overhauling design systems at scale
- Strong design sensibility with a focus on craft and interaction quality
- Fluency in AI-assisted workflows and tools
- Familiarity with Figma, Storybook, VSCode, Chromatic, and GitHub
- Proven experience working across both design and engineering disciplines
- Ability to operate autonomously and manage complex projects
- 8+ years in a hybrid design engineering or related role
