About the role

As a Staff Dentist at Konza, you will deliver comprehensive preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care in a fully integrated, team-based environment. Our clinics feature advanced technology including CAD/CAM, digital impressions, and digital radiography.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care
• Perform hospital-based dentistry and implant treatment planning, placement, and restoration
• Utilize advanced technology including CAD/CAM, digital impressions, and digital radiography
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers to deliver integrated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
• Kansas dental license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Eligible for credentialing with third-party payers and Kansas Medicaid

Qualifications

• FQHC or community health experience (preferred)
• Digital dentistry and EHR experience (preferred)
• Interest in mentorship and quality improvement

Schedule

• Monday–Friday schedule (no evenings, weekends, or call)
• Early Friday clinic closures at 2:00 PM
