Responsibilities
- Analyze vast datasets to derive insights for marketing optimization
- Develop and maintain marketing models, including Bayesian and Multi-Touch Attribution
- Monitor marketing uplift tests and present insights to inform decisions
- Create testable models and algorithms for impactful business metrics
- Collaborate with teams to incorporate data-driven ideas into strategies
- Foster a positive workplace culture while contributing to product innovation
Qualifications
- BSc/MA in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Economics, etc.)
- 5-8 years in a data analysis role involving user behavior and large datasets
- Proficiency in statistics, including hypothesis testing and experiment design
- Experience with A/B testing and advanced statistical methods
- Background in building predictive and causal inference models
- Expertise in R, Python, and SQL for data analysis
- Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly
