Responsibilities

  • Analyze vast datasets to derive insights for marketing optimization
  • Develop and maintain marketing models, including Bayesian and Multi-Touch Attribution
  • Monitor marketing uplift tests and present insights to inform decisions
  • Create testable models and algorithms for impactful business metrics
  • Collaborate with teams to incorporate data-driven ideas into strategies

Qualifications

  • BSc/MA in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Economics, etc.)
  • 5-8 years in a data analysis role involving user behavior and large datasets
  • Proficiency in statistics, including hypothesis testing and experiment design
  • Experience with A/B testing and advanced statistical methods
  • Background in building predictive and causal inference models
  • Expertise in R, Python, and SQL for data analysis
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly
