Staff Data Scientist, Marketing

About the role

The Staff Data Scientist will lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to drive marketing strategy and performance. This role requires a deep understanding of statistical methods, machine learning, and data science principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and algorithms to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable insights

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in data science or a related field
• Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in data science
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
• Experience with SQL and familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
