Staff Data Scientist, Growth

As a Staff Data Scientist, Growth at Alpaca, you will own the growth funnel end-to-end by analyzing acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization to identify high-leverage opportunities. You will design and execute A/B tests along with causal inference studies while building experimentation frameworks and self-serve tooling for teams. Additionally, you will model growth through cohort analyses, LTV and CAC views, and forecasts while partnering with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to translate insights into strategic decisions.
