Responsibilities
- Leverage the company’s datasets to optimize and evaluate AI products for medical professionals
- Create product and client-facing analytics to enhance user engagement
- Work with product leaders to inform and execute data team strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and lead end-to-end data projects
- Translate technical insights into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or related role with high-volume datasets
- In-depth understanding of machine learning techniques, including deep learning and reinforcement learning
- Experience designing and evaluating large-scale models with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Proficient in SQL, capable of writing and optimizing complex queries
- Strong Python skills, including object-oriented programming and modern data science libraries
- Familiar with distributed data processing for scalable analysis
