Responsibilities

  • Leverage the company’s datasets to optimize and evaluate AI products for medical professionals
  • Create product and client-facing analytics to enhance user engagement
  • Work with product leaders to inform and execute data team strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and lead end-to-end data projects
  • Translate technical insights into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or related role with high-volume datasets
  • In-depth understanding of machine learning techniques, including deep learning and reinforcement learning
  • Experience designing and evaluating large-scale models with PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Proficient in SQL, capable of writing and optimizing complex queries
  • Strong Python skills, including object-oriented programming and modern data science libraries
  • Familiar with distributed data processing for scalable analysis
