Staff Data Engineer

About the role

Seeking a senior-level Data Engineering leader to drive enterprise data architecture, scalable data platforms, and AI-powered initiatives across multiple business units. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, influencing data strategy, architecture standards, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or related field
• Strong experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar cloud data platforms
• Expertise building large-scale data pipelines (batch and streaming)
• Python, Data Architecture, and distributed data systems experience
• Background with AI/ML, LLMs, or production AI solutions
• Proven technical leadership, mentorship, and architecture ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Kubernetes, or similar technologies

Pay

Up to $220,000 Base
