CH MH Services (CA) LLC is certified by the State Department of Health Care Services (Lic. #300414AP expiring 06/30/2027). Charlie Health’s virtual substance use disorder treatment program is available only in select states. All professional medical services are provided by licensed physicians and clinicians affiliated with independently owned and operated professional practices.

About the role

Charlie Health provides administrative and technology services to affiliated medical practices, which deliver virtual mental health and substance use disorder treatment. This role supports our mission to connect and heal families through accessible, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical, operational, or technical services within your specialty (e.g., clinical outreach, behavioral health operations, engineering, product, data science, or design).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve care delivery, outcomes, and patient experience.
• Support the development and implementation of programs tailored to specialized communities (e.g., BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, military members, neurodivergent individuals, trauma survivors).
• Contribute to evidence-based treatment methods, including wraparound care, medication-assisted treatment, and family programming.
• Analyze self-reported outcomes data to assess program effectiveness and drive improvements.

Requirements

• Relevant professional licensure or certification (if applicable to the role, e.g., clinical, behavioral health, or medical positions).
• Experience in mental health, addiction treatment, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• Commitment to culturally competent care and supporting diverse populations.
• Familiarity with virtual care platforms, electronic health records, or healthcare technology (for technical roles).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
