Staff Content Designer, Investing

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Content Designer, Investing to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape clear, scalable content experiences that help users better understand complex investing and financial concepts. You will partner closely with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to influence work early, raise the bar for content quality, and improve how the organization communicates across the product lifecycle. The position also calls for thoughtful use of AI to streamline workflows, expand impact, and support strong content operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Write content that simplifies complex financial concepts for diverse audiences
• Leverage AI to streamline processes and increase impact across the product lifecycle
• Engage early with product and design teams on significant initiatives
• Create templates and standards to improve team efficiency
• Foster a culture of quality and scalability in content creation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content design or UX writing at a senior or staff level
• A learner's mindset with the ability to master new subjects quickly
• Experience working with AI to enhance impact or support others
• Proven track record developing content standards and integrating best practices
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience mentoring others and sharing knowledge across teams
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
