Staff Community Product Marketing Manager, Trust & Safety

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Community Product Marketing Manager, Trust & Safety to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will shape the positioning and go-to-market approach for safety-focused product experiences that help protect online communities and improve the user experience. You will partner closely with product, research, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate community insights into clear messaging, launch plans, and educational resources. The position will also help define how audience understanding and product adoption are measured across complex, fast-moving initiatives.

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$194,600 – $272,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Use research and community feedback to identify the needs of community members and moderators
• Own positioning, messaging, and activation plans for Trust & Safety products
• Communicate how products address issues such as spam and harmful behavior
• Lead cross-functional launches and align partners on messaging
• Create educational resources for community members and moderators on safety tools
• Serve as the product marketing partner across multiple teams
• Define and track measures of audience understanding and product adoption

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product marketing experience with a focus on consumer or community audiences
• Expertise in Trust & Safety for social or user-generated content platforms
• Strong research and data analysis skills for audience prioritization and product evaluation
• Proven ability to influence product strategy and lead complex launches
• Understanding of online community dynamics and moderator roles
• Experience managing multiple product workstreams in ambiguous environments
