Primary Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of water resources & wet utilities projects
- This includes municipal engineering for Pennsylvania municipalities (including subdivision & land development reviews, road rehabilitation, stormwater management / MS4, capital improvements, grant writing, and attendance at public meetings)
- Serve as our Engineer of Record on design/construction activities for plants and/or pipeline projects
- Preparation of engineering reports
- Work on project design and permitting
- Capture and coordinate master planning-related tasks
- Perform (outdoor) construction inspection work, when needed
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-oriented discipline (preferably Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering)
- 4+ years of professional experience working in Engineering, preferably with infrastructure / utility projects
Preferred Qualifications
- PE is a plus!
- Experience working with water resources (such as stream and waterway restoration) is a plus!
- Experience working on infrastructure / utility projects, especially wet utilities
- Experience working on design and permitting activities
- Proficiency with engineering tools (e.g.: CADD, GIS, analytical programs, etc.); experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS / ArcInfo is preferred
- Experience with H&H tools (e.g.: InfoSWWM, HydroCAD, OpenFlows WaterCAD, WaterGEMS, & SewerGEMS) is a plus!
- Proficiency on all standard Microsoft Office software applications (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
