Staff Backend Engineer - Ads Platform

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for the Growth Engine's architecture
• Write and review code, ensuring engineering standards are met
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design to realize growth objectives
• Advance AI-assisted roadmap and manage automation rollout
• Mentor engineers to promote a collaborative culture
• Work with ML/AI teams on models for campaign optimization
• Integrate product insights for a better understanding of the customer journey

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proven technical leadership and project team experience
• Strong passion for efficiency, technical quality, and system robustness
• Ability to enhance team performance through mentorship and collaboration
• Experience defining product/technical strategy and cross-functional alignment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
