Staff Attorney - Immigration

About the role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on immigration matters, including visas, green cards, and citizenship applications.
• Prepare legal documents and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in at least one state.
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Experience with immigration law.
