The Staff Associate, Advisory (ERP Implementation; Business Intelligence & Technology) is an excellent opportunity for budding young professionals who wish to gain more experience in the accounting & technology fields. It provides recent graduates with the opportunity to work on multiple projects, experiencing the full breadth of responsibilities that come during servicing clients. This role also provides the opportunity to develop strong working relationships with clients and their other team members, setting the stage for developing a professional network. Beyond traditional ERP and CAAS work, this role offers hands-on exposure to AI-native accounting platforms, generative AI tools, and the LLM-powered workflows our WissLabs innovation team is building. You will work on real client problems while learning how modern finance teams are using AI to reshape close, reporting, AP, and advisory delivery. This is one of the few entry-level seats in public accounting where you actually get to build with modern AI tools, not just read about them.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ERP and AI-native accounting platform implementations, enhancements, and optimization.
• Configure system settings, including workflows, forms, custom fields, and role-based permissions.
• Execute data import scenarios (CSV imports, templates) and validate data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards to meet client reporting needs.
• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions.
• Support user access management, including roles and permissions setup.
• Collaborate to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and AI-assisted workflows.
• Provide end-user training and create documentation for processes and configurations.
• Assist with ongoing system maintenance, updates, and minor customizations.
• Apply AI and LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and similar) to client deliverables such as document extraction, reconciliations
