Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and motivated bilingual Part-Time Staff Assistant (English/Spanish) to support our marketing and operation efforts. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to the growth of our client base.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events and activities.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
