Staff Artificial Intelligence Enablement Partner
Responsibilities
Identify and drive high-value AI and automation opportunities across Product Engineering workflows
Design, prototype, and scale AI-powered and agent-based solutions from concept through deployment
Lead and contribute to cross-functional AI initiatives with a focus on quality, scalability, and sustainability
Mentor and enable teams to build AI fluency and adopt human-in-the-loop workflows
Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and prioritization frameworks for AI investments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field
5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or memory technologies (DRAM, NAND)
Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions in production environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to influence and partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a relevant technical field
Advanced experience with Claude Code
Demonstrated success mentoring or teaching AI concepts to engineering teams
Strong curiosity for emerging AI, automation, and workflow technologies
