Staff Architect
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Architect to bridge the gap between production staff architects and project architects on corporate-focused projects. This role is a step down from a Project Architect and involves significant participation in the Construction Administration and Design Development phases.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with both production staff architects and project architects.
- Engage extensively in the Construction Administration and Design Development phases.
- Utilize REVIT for project documentation and construction documentation.
- Contribute to the design and development of corporate interior projects.
- Maintain a polished portfolio representing your work and articulate your role in past projects.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in REVIT.
- Experience with corporate interiors and workplace design.
- Strong portfolio presentation and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
- Experience in rendering and architecture documentation.
- Familiarity with the healthcare design sector is a plus.
Work Environment
Our team operates in a fully remote setup until further notice, with options for hybrid or full-time in-office work. You will work under the guidance of architecture and interior design leaders in Philadelphia. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
