Staff Appraiser

About the role

At Velox Valuations Wiregrass Coast, you'll provide top-notch residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations' advanced technology and techniques while enjoying the same freedoms and flexibility you have today. You'll set your own schedules, choose assignments, and set your production goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and thorough residential appraisals using Velox Valuations' advanced technology and techniques.
• Set your own schedules and choose assignments based on your availability and preferences.
• Complete physical property inspections and document findings accurately.
• Motivate self-starter with high energy, efficient time management, and results-driven approach.
• Communicate effectively with clients and borrowers, maintaining attention to detail.
• Stay updated on real estate trends and maintain geographic competency.
• Use Microsoft Office suite of products efficiently.
• Adapt to flexible work schedules to accommodate client and borrower needs.
• Meet/exceed monthly minimum production requirements.

Requirements

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser certification.
• Embrace and complete modern collaborative valuations.
• Motivated self-starter with high energy.
• Efficient time management and results-driven.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• Geographic competency in real estate trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs.
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions.
