About the role

R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. is seeking a GEOINT Analyst with a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop estimates and make recommendations for deficiencies.
  • Integrate information from a variety of sources into various systems; ensure proper systems interfaces.
  • Collect data for analysis and develop products resulting from analysis.
  • Provide professional services in the application of advanced geospatial intelligence theories, concepts, principles, and processes to the development of ground and airborne ISR systems.
  • Apply expert knowledge and mastery of advanced theories, principles, concepts, standards, and methods to ensure assigned work remains consistent with program objectives, costs, schedules, performance criteria, and existing policies.
  • Work with Government and Contractor personnel to oversee GEOINT-related work performed by private industry, such as design, analysis, and testing of GEOINT systems and subsystems on, but not limited to ground-based and airborne ISR systems/subsystems.
  • Perform duties involved in research, development, testing, and evaluation of GEOINT design techniques.
  • Research, analyze, and determine available options or the feasibility of different advanced approaches to resolve complex program issues; define concepts and criteria for GEOINT requirements and resolve major controversial problems in the current program.
  • Provide innovative recommendations to alter standard practices, equipment, devices, processes, and known techniques.
  • Systematically apply expertise in electronics engineering to create new or substantially improved processes, techniques, and/or procedures that address GEOINT requirements and associated certification methods.
  • Apply experimental theories, new applications, or developments to improve operations and/or resolve unique or complex/controversial problems, conditions, or issues.

Requirements

  • Possesses the advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered an expert in GEOINT Staff Analysis.
  • Will demonstrate advanced knowledge of GEOINT Staff Analysis and possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures, and practices in this area of expertise.
  • Candidate must meet one of the following requirements:
    • Master's Degree and twelve (12) years' experience in GEOINT Staff Analysis, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD.
    • Bachelor's Degree and fifteen (15) years of experience in GEOINT Staff Analysis, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.
    • Twenty (20) years' experience in GEOINT Staff Analysis, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.
  • At least 10 years Intelligence experience within the GEOINT field.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of the entire NSG GEOINT standards baseline, including demonstrated expertise in the development and execution of the entire suite of web services standards cited in the DoD IT Standards Register (DISR).
  • Detailed understanding of NSG data standards and implementations, and the relationships between the data, web service, and encoding standards utilized to support data sharing operations across the NSG/ASG community.
