This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency in a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Own credit and performance monitoring for Personal Loans
- Identify trends and analyze root causes for performance issues
- Perform statistical analyses on past experiments and data
- Develop and automate workflows for standard reporting
- Provide insights into credit performance to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Physics)
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for analytical tasks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills for conveying analytical concepts
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related quantitative fields

Pay
$157,000 – $217,500 annually
