Staff Analyst

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own credit and performance monitoring for Personal Loans
• Identify trends and analyze root causes for performance issues
• Perform statistical analyses on past experiments and data
• Develop and automate workflows for standard reporting
• Provide insights into credit performance to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Physics)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for analytical tasks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
• Excellent communication skills for conveying analytical concepts
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related quantitative fields

Pay

$157,000 – $217,500 annually
