Staff Analyst, AI

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Analyst, AI to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will help shape how AI initiatives are measured, interpreted, and translated into business decisions across the organization. You will partner closely with product, machine learning, and analytics engineering teams to define experimentation approaches, build strong metric frameworks, and evaluate the impact of AI-driven products. The work will directly influence launch decisions, operational performance, and the commercial outcomes of emerging AI efforts in a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Provide strategic insights to AI product stakeholders to inform decision-making Develop and own experimentation strategies for AI product launches Apply advanced statistical methods to assess the impact of AI initiatives on outcomes Create metric frameworks and evaluation plans for AI product performance Collaborate with machine learning teams to assess production model performance Conduct analyses to estimate the commercial impact of AI initiatives Ensure data integrity through cross-functional partnerships Qualifications 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative fields Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in A/B testing, especially for AI/ML products Experience translating ML model outputs into business metrics Familiarity with data and analytics engineering teams, including dbt Benefits Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) 401(k) with employer matching contributions Opportunities for offsite team retreats Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
