Staff Analog Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and verify block-level analog and mixed-signal circuits for DRAM
• Evaluate new circuit topologies to improve block PPAC
• Expand verification coverage to strengthen robustness and mass-production yield
• Partner with global design groups, guide layout through post-layout simulation, and support silicon-to-simulation correlation
• Apply agentic AI and automation tools to improve design quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of semiconductor design or manufacturing experience
• Strong circuit design fundamentals with proven silicon success in analog or mixed-signal IC design
• Experience designing regulators, charge pumps, oscillators, current references, bandgaps, or comparators
• Proficiency with SPICE and Verilog modeling and simulation
• Experience working across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• MSEE with 6+ years or BSEE with 8+ years of analog or mixed-signal IC design experience
• 5+ years of circuit debugging with cross-functional teams
• Strong experience with UNIX and the Cadence design environment (schematic, simulation, SPF extraction)
• Familiarity with Synopsys tools

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 6+ years of semiconductor design or manufacturing experience
