The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow specific rules: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting: - Company description: Shield AI is a venture-backed defense-tech company... (this could be "About the company" or "About the role") - Job Description: Shield AI is seeking a Staff Aerostructures Design Engineer... (this is the role overview) - What you'll do: list of responsibilities - Required qualifications: list - Preferred qualifications: list - Pay information: $170,000 - $250,000 a year, plus bonus, benefits, equity details - Full-time regular employee offer package and Temporary employee offer package details - EEO/legal boilerplate at the end (should be removed) I need to structure this into appropriate sections. The posting has: - About the role (the job description paragraph) - Responsibilities (What you'll do) - Requirements (Required qualifications) - Qualifications (Preferred qualifications) - but note the rule says use headings like "Qualifications" - I could combine required and preferred under "Qualifications" with subsections, but the rule says use

for section headings. I'll make "Requirements" and "Preferred Qualifications" as separate sections or combine. The rule lists "Requirements, Qualifications" as examples. I'll do "Requirements" for required and "Preferred Qualifications" for preferred. - Pay section: the posting has specific pay range and details about packages, so I should include a Pay section. - Benefits: mentioned in the offer packages, but not detailed. The rule says never create Benefits section unless the posting actually states them. It mentions "Benefits" in the package but no details. I'll include a Benefits section only if there's substantive content. The posting says "Benefits" as part of the package but doesn't list them. However, there is a "Full-time regular employee offer package" and "Temporary employee offer package" with some details. That could be a "Compensation & Benefits" section or "Offer Details". The rule says "Benefits" as a heading example. I'll create a "Compensation & Benefits" section with the pay and package details. Also, there's a note about salary compensation factors, background check, military fellows, etc. That's part of compensation details. I should not include the EEO/legal boilerplate. Now, I'll write the HTML fragment. Structure:

    About the Role

Shield AI is seeking a Staff Aerostructures Design Engineer to support the development of structural components for our next-generation autonomous aircraft. As a key contributor on the team, you will design and develop high-performance structural components from concept through production release. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure structural integrity, manufacturability, and system integration across one of the most advanced autonomous aircraft platforms being built today. This role is ideal for an aerospace mechanical engineer who thrives in hands-on design environments and is eager to take increasing ownership of flight-critical designs.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and develop structural components and assemblies for Shield AI’s next-generation UAV platform.
    • Execute all stages of the design lifecycle including conceptual development, initial CAD modeling, detailed design, and drawing release.
    • Perform hand calculations for stress or strain with limited basic FEA analysis, with guidance from senior engineers as needed.
    • Collaborate closely with aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, payload, and manufacturing teams to support system integration across airframe interfaces.
    • Support structural validation efforts including coupon testing, subcomponent testing, and system-level verification.
    • Generate high-quality design documentation, drawings, interface definitions, and analysis reports in compliance with aerospace standards.
    • Partner with manufacturing and flight test teams to resolve build issues and support hardware through test and deployment.
    • Participate in design reviews and technical discussions, presenting work clearly and incorporating feedback effectively.
    • Continuously improve personal technical depth in structural layout, joints, fasteners, tolerancing, and structural optimization.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
    • 5+ years of experience in aircraft structural design or closely related aerospace structures.
    • Experience designing and releasing structural components in development or production environments.
    • Working knowledge of composite and metallic structures, including fasteners, bonded joints, and load paths.
    • Proficiency in CAD tools (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar).
    • Understanding of GD&T, tolerance stackups, and DFMA principles.
    • Strong written and verbal technical communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-ownership engineering environments.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • M.S. degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Experience supporting UAV, DoD, or aerospace vehicle programs.
    • Familiarity with aerospace standards (MIL-STD, ASME Y14.5, FAA).
    • Experience supporting hardware through test, failure analysis, and design iteration.
    • Exposure to composite design and manufacturing methods.
    • Experience using FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN, or similar) for linear structural analysis.

    Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $170,000 - $250,000 per year. Actual compensation is influenced by factors including skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.

    Full-Time Regular Employee Offer Package

    • Base pay within the listed range
    • Bonus
    • Benefits
    • Equity

    Temporary Employee Offer Package

    • Base pay within the listed range
    • Temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)

All offers are contingent on a cleared background check and possible reference check. Military fellows and part-time employees are not eligible for benefits. Please speak to your talent acquisition representative for more information.

Note: The rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting states pay range and offer packages, so it's fine. I used "Compensation & Benefits" as a heading, but the rule says use

for section headings like "Pay", "Benefits". I could split into "Pay" and "Benefits". However, the posting doesn't detail benefits beyond mentioning them. I'll keep as "Compensation & Benefits" but the rule says use headings like "Pay", "Benefits". I'll use "Pay" for the salary range and "Benefits" for the packages? But the packages include both pay and benefits. I'll do "Pay" for the salary range and "Offer Packages" for the details. But the rule says "Pay, Schedule" as examples. I'll do "Pay" and "Benefits". However, the benefits are not detailed. The posting says "Benefits" as part of the package. I'll include a "Benefits" section with the package details. Better to follow the rule: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So I should have separate "Pay" and "Benefits" sections if content exists. The posting has pay range and mention of benefits/equity. I'll create:

But note: the rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting states pay range and mentions benefits, so it's okay. Also, the company description at the top: "Shield AI is a venture-backed defense-tech company..." That could be an "About the Company" section, but the rule says "About the role" as example. The job description paragraph is about the role. The company description is separate. I could include a brief "About Shield AI" section. But the rule says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The company description is substantive. I'll include it as "About Shield AI" or "Company Overview". However, the rule says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role...). It doesn't forbid "About the Company". I'll include it. But the user said: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". The job title is "Staff Aerostructures Design Engineer". I won't include that as heading. I'll structure:
