About the role
We are seeking a Staff Accountant, ideally with a Non-Profit background, to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger, prepare, and record journal entries.
- Perform monthly bank and balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with closing the books (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Analyze variances in budget vs. actual costs.
- Support AP/AR functions and process accruals.
