Staff Accountant

Support the Assistant Controller by ensuring the integrity and validity of financial data, including journal entries, invoices, and payments. Develop skills in financial reporting, M&A integration, cash and expense management, and international operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned account reconciliations and related analysis on a monthly/quarterly basis to identify potential discrepancies in account balances.
• Participate in quarterly review procedures and annual audit, providing information and answers to auditor requests and inquiries.
• Review and approve refund requests through Jira.
• Monitor compliance with GAAP and company procedures; proactively communicate identified accounting/financial and control issues to Management.
• Provide financial support to all users as required.
• Review and approve weekly pricing into Oracle and reconcile between Oracle and Power BI.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and related support.
• Contribute to other projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years of general ledger accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Pay

Remote USA: $69,200—$86,450 USD. Actual compensation is based on factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
