Staff Accountant

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client in North Carolina is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to further develop accounting skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP).
• Reconcile bank accounts.
• Ensure that outdated checks are voided and appropriate accounting entries are made.
• Post journal entries accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and record/update all prepaid accounts on a monthly basis.

Requirements

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

Pay

$25.00 – $28.00 per hour.
