About the role

As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and online chat
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
• Implement and configure new technologies as needed
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Document procedures and best practices for future reference

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT tools

Qualifications
