About the role

Genussmarathon is more than a team event—it's a movement against boring offsites and stiff corporate evenings. We combine interactive, app-based city rallies with a joint dinner finale, turning a "mandatory appointment" into a real experience that connects teams and sparks conversations that don't fade after 48 hours. Every week, we bring over 2,000 people together in various cities—moving, talking, and eventually sitting at one table. As we continue to grow, we're looking for curious, engaged people who enjoy pace, take responsibility, and love teamwork at eye level.

What you'll do

• Lead groups through Hamburg—depending on the tour, culinary, as a night watchman, or as a rally guide
• Know the places that truly have something to tell—restaurants, squares, stories
• Make sure the group feels comfortable from the very first step
• Be reliable: punctual, prepared, approachable
• Provide brief feedback after each assignment—what went well, what we can do better

What you bring

• You live in Hamburg and love this city—its cuisine, its history, its quirks
• You enjoy engaging with people and can inspire groups
• You are available in the evenings and occasionally on weekends
• Experience as a guide, in hospitality, or simply spending lots of time in Hamburg's neighborhoods—all welcome
