Stacker Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and clean up the stackers, conveyors, and other laminator dry end equipment.
• Report to laminator supervisors.
• Follow all plant safety, quality, product safety, and other rules and procedures.
• Read factory work orders and machine schedules to learn customer specifications.
• Enter appropriate data and settings into laminator stacker and conveyor control systems.
• Assist with any dry end component set up and operations.
• Assist with order changes.
• Verify (measure) sheets to ensure that sheet sizes and score locations conform to customer specifications.
• Check other board quality characteristics such as color, caliper, line-ups, and bond.
• Assist to maintain optimum run speeds.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Help on other parts of the machine as needed.
• Complete accurate records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Pay

Pay Rate: $24.48. Sign-on Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year.

Schedule

Hourly Full-Time: 2nd shift 3pm-11pm; 3rd shift 11pm-7am (Monday‑Friday).
