Responsibilities
- Build and sell homes
- Manage projects from design to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with finance and insurance teams to provide comprehensive solutions
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in home construction or related fields preferred
- Passion for sustainable living and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in home construction or related fields preferred
