Shift / Pay

• 2nd shift (2 PM – 10 PM), Monday‑Friday – $16.50 per hour
• 3rd shift (10 PM – 6:20 AM), Sunday‑Thursday – $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manually or mechanically organize, count, and stack finished metal beams for shipment in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
• Count, inspect, and stack finished products as they come off the production line.
• Build secure, neat pallets according to facility specifications and weight limits.
• Check products for defects or damage and verify that labels match factory orders.
• Assist machine operators with setup, teardown, and minor troubleshooting.
• Follow management instructions to improve work methods and prevent complaints or damages.
• Adapt to changes in work priorities.
• Maintain order and cleanliness by sweeping, clearing scrap, and organizing materials.
• Respect environmental guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and monitor safety practices; wear required PPE, including hot‑grip gloves for handling heated metal when necessary.
• Report relevant information to supervisors by completing the end‑of‑shift report documenting activities performed.
• Assist colleagues when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to frequently lift and maneuver heavy materials (up to 50–70 lb) in accordance with OSHA lifting guidelines.
• Experience working in a high‑pace, mass‑production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to detect anomalies.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
