We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; fold minor metadata into short p or drop. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "About ORNL" maybe? It's not a required heading but could be part of About the role? The posting includes overview and description. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: Overview: description of role, group, mission, etc. Could be "About the role". Major Duties/Responsibilities: list of duties. Basic Qualifications: list. Preferred Qualifications: list. Special Requirements: physical requirements, pre-hire physical, clearance, WSAP testing. About ORNL: description of lab, benefits, etc. This could go under Benefits (they list benefits). Also maybe "About ORNL" could be part of "About the role" or separate but we only include sections with real content. Pay: not mentioned explicitly. No pay info. So we should NOT include Pay section. Schedule: not mentioned explicitly. No schedule info. So omit Schedule. Benefits: they list many benefits under ORNL offers competitive pay and benefits programs... list of benefits. So we can include Benefits section. Skills: maybe from Preferred Qualifications: physical dexterity, meticulous records, problem solving, communication, organizational skills, fast-paced, self-starter, etc. Could be Skills section. Qualifications: could combine Basic and Preferred? The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide what goes where. "Requirements" likely corresponds to Basic Qualifications (must have). "Qualifications" could be Preferred Qualifications? Or maybe "Qualifications" is for both basic and preferred? But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We can map: - Requirements: Basic Qualifications (BS degree, 2 years experience, inorganic/analytical lab work, chemical characterization techniques). - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (physical dexterity, meticulous records, problem solving, communication, organizational skills, fast-paced, self-starter, etc.) - Skills: maybe also from Preferred Qualifications? But we could also put communication, organizational, problem solving under Skills. However we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we put technical skills under Qualifications and soft skills under Skills. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for those categories if content exists. We can decide to put: Requirements: Basic Qualifications. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (including physical dexterity, record keeping, problem solving, communication, organizational, fast-paced, self-starter, collaborative). Skills: maybe we could list specific technical skills: experience with mass spectrometry, electron microscopy, chemical conversion processes, analytical equipment, etc. Those are in Responsibilities. But we could also extract skills from Responsibilities: "Utilize analytical equipment including mass spectrometry, electron microscopy, and other material evaluation techniques." That's a skill. Also "Perform recovery, purification, chemical conversion, and characterization". Also "Support development of reports, presentations, operator aids". So we could put those under Skills. But we must not invent or summarize away detail. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all duties, qualifications, etc. We can split them across sections but must not lose info. Simplify: Use sections: - About the role (overview paragraph) - Responsibilities (list of duties) - Requirements (basic qualifications) - Qualifications (preferred qualifications) - Skills (maybe combine some from responsibilities and preferred that are skill-based) - Benefits (list of benefits) We must not include Pay or Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like "Equal opportunity employer", "EEO", "scam-warning", "If you have difficulty using the online application system..." etc. Also remove "This position will remain open for a minimum of 5 days..." etc. Also remove "UT-Battelle is an E-Verify employer." etc. Also remove "About ORNL" heading but we can incorporate its content into Benefits and maybe About the role? The overview already includes ORNL description? Actually overview includes description of group and mission, not ORNL general. The "About ORNL" paragraph includes legacy, employee count, goal, benefits list. We can incorporate the benefits list into Benefits section. The rest of About ORNL (legacy, mission, etc.) could be considered boilerplate? It's descriptive but maybe not required. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About ORNL" is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered general info about the lab. Might be okay to keep as part of About the role? But we already have About the role overview. Could add a paragraph about ORNL after overview? Might be considered substantive. However we need to avoid duplication. The overview already mentions ORNL and its mission somewhat. The About ORNL adds more detail about legacy, employee count, goal, benefits. The benefits we will list separately. The legacy and goal could be considered extra but not required. Might be okay to keep as part of About the role? But we must not invent or summarize away detail. So we should preserve that info. Could include a paragraph under About the role that includes ORNL legacy etc. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could merge About ORNL content into About the role section. Thus About the role will contain: overview of role, group, mission, ORNL description, etc. Now we need to format. We'll produce:

We must not include empty sections. Now extract content. Overview text: "Requisition Id 16953 Overview The Stable Isotope Materials and Chemistry Group (SIMC) within the Plasma Enrichment Science and Engineering Section is seeking a Stable Isotope Processing Chemist will focus on chemical operations associated with the post-enrichment recovery and chemical conversion of stable isotopes spanning across the periodic table. As stewards of the Nation’s Repository of Stable Isotopes, we innovate techniques to minimize losses and maximize yields while transforming these precious isotopically enriched materials. Our isotopic products enable a wide variety of applications, including conducting basic scientific research, curing cancer with radiopharmaceuticals, and ensuring national security. This position resides in Enrichment Science and Engineering Division (ESED) within the Isotope Science and Enrichment Directorate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). ESED supports the nation by conducting research, development, and demonstration of enrichment technologies. ORNL is a recognized leader in centrifuge and electromagnetic enrichment technologies. SIMC supports pre-enrichment preparations of feedstocks and post-enrichment processing and fabrication of custom physical forms needed to support the user communities. You will work closely with a focused group of scientists, technicians, and engineers on challenging, milestone driven technical projects in support of the DOE Isotope Program and other DOE mission areas. This has been a quickly expanding program at ORNL and offers significant opportunities for professional growth. The team demonstrates a collective excitement for the important work being accomplished and values creative solutions to developing technology and processes to solve the latest challenges. Success requires acute attention to detail and continued consideration of personnel and equipment safety." We need to remove "Requisition Id 16953". We'll fold minor metadata into short p or drop. So we can start with a paragraph that includes the overview without the requisition ID. We'll produce a paragraph that captures all that. Now Responsibilities (Major Duties/Responsibilities): "Perform recovery, purification, chemical conversion, and characterization of isotopic material from enrichment devices, at near zero loss. Responsible for executing intricate chemical conversion processes to achieve maximum yield of exceptionally pure product. Utilize analytical equipment including mass spectrometry, electron microscopy, and other material evaluation techniques. Support the development of reports, presentations, and operator aids or guidelines on technical services, conversion activities, and the processing of enriched isotopic material. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, multi-laboratory environment with scientists, engineers, and technicians. Ensure compliance with environment, safety, health and quality program requirements. Deliver ORNL’s mission by aligning behaviors, priorities, and interactions with our core values of Impact, Integrity, Teamwork, Safety, and Service. Promote equal opportunity by fostering a respectful workplace – in how we treat one another, work together, and measure success." We need to remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate? The last line about promoting equal opportunity is part of responsibilities? It's basically a generic statement. Might be considered boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove that line. Also "Deliver ORNL’s mission by aligning behaviors..." maybe okay as it's specific to ORNL values. Keep. Thus responsibilities list without the equal opportunity line. Now Basic Qualifications: "A BS degree in Chemistry or a closely related technical discipline A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience Experience in inorganic and/or analytical chemistry lab work Experience in chemical characterization techniques and quantitative analyses" We'll list as
  • . Preferred Qualifications: "Physical dexterity to handle small quantities of exotic and expensive materials Ability to meticulously maintain detailed laboratory records and documentation Ability to solve basic research problems Excellent intrapersonal, written and oral communication, and organizational skills Ability to function well in a fast-paced research environment, set priorities to accomplish multiple tasks within deadlines, and adapt to ever changing needs Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and to participate creatively in collaborative teams across the Laboratory" We'll list as
  • . Special Requirements: "Work involves various physical requirements and working conditions. As such, a pre-hire physical will be required after offer. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance from the Department of Energy. As such, this position is a Workplace Substance Abuse (WSAP) testing designated position. WSAP positions require passing a pre-placement drug test and participation in an ongoing random drug testing program." We could incorporate these into Requirements or Qualifications? They are special requirements. Could be part of Requirements (maybe under Requirements). But we already have Requirements for basic qualifications. Could add another subsection? But we only have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put special requirements under Requirements as additional items. Or we could create a separate section but not allowed. So we'll add them under Requirements as additional list items. Now Benefits: From About ORNL: "ORNL offers competitive pay and benefits programs to attract and retain individuals who demonstrate exceptional work behaviors. The laboratory provides a range of employee benefits, including medical and retirement plans and flexible work hours, to support the well-being of you and your family. Employee amenities such as on-site fitness, banking, and cafeteria facilities are also available for added convenience. Other benefits include the following: Prescription Drug Plan, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Contributory Pension Plan, Life Insurance, Disability Benefits, Generous Vacation and Holidays, Parental Leave, Legal Insurance with Identity Theft Protection, Employee Assistance Plan, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Wellness Programs, Educational Assistance, Relocation Assistance, and Employee Discounts." We'll list each as
  • . Also mention competitive pay and benefits programs, flexible work hours, on-site fitness, banking,
