The Lead Clinician for St. Michael's is responsible for providing individual and group clinical consultation to the clinical staff of St. Michael's (SMHC) and master’s Level interns participating in the program. Also, provides administrative oversight for the clinical responsibilities assigned to the SMHC clinical team, ensuring the timely provision of effective individual and group counseling services to clients. Responsible for monitoring and meeting productivity targets and quality assurance goals. Verifies the SMHC clinical team meets documentation requirements consistently, by reviewing documentation to ensure it is completed thoroughly, correctly, and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Provides individual and group clinical consultation to the clinical staff of SMHC, including master’s Level interns.
- Ensures clinical staff and interns participate in and execute abuse risk management responsibilities, as recommended by program stakeholders and state and professional licensing boards.
