Requirements
- Juris Doctorate
- Required cumulative GPA: 3.0
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing Bar exam.

JD and LLM Opportunities
- ITS: Provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions, analysing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimise tax efficiency and minimise risks for multinational businesses.
- M&A: Focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions, analysing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes.
- Real Estate: Advise clients on tax implications related to real estate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures, analysing partnership and corporate tax, REIT taxation, international tax considerations, and state and local tax regulations to help clients optimise their tax positions and navigate complex real estate structures.
- SALT: Focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on local tax matters, analysing and interpreting local tax laws and regulations, assisting businesses in complying with local tax requirements and optimising their local tax positions.
Pay
The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
