About the role
The Clinic Registered Nurse manages nursing care essential to the assessment, promotion, maintenance, and restoration of patient's health and wellness within their scope of practice. They direct and support nursing/clinical personnel providing patient care within the facility as assigned by the Clinic Director or RN Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, revise, and implement clinical policies and procedures related to the delivery of safe and efficient quality nursing care.
- Maintain clinical staff personnel and education records.
- Perform in-services and perform Clinical Staff functions.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited program in professional nursing. Current R.N. licensure in the State of Iowa. ACLS certification preferred, or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire. PALS certification preferred, or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Experience: Previous experience in a health care setting is preferred.
- Special Skills & Aptitudes: Verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates knowledge and support for the principles of customer relations in daily activities with others. Maintains certification in BLS/CPR. Completes Mandatory Reporting requirement within 6 months of hire and renews this requirement every 5 years. Develops competency to provide care within the assigned unit to the population described in the scope of care. Must have basic computer skills.

Pay
Starting at $27.58 for ADN and $28.58 for BSN, both increase with experience.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, varies between 7am to 5pm. Saturday 8am to 12pm.
