SSTC Program Coordinator - Corridor Programs

This grant-funded position will support corridor revitalization efforts along Livingston Avenue and Parsons Avenue by coordinating community engagement, stakeholder partnerships, beautification projects, communications, and collaborative problem-solving activities. Working closely with South Side Thrive Collaborative’s diverse network of stakeholders, this position will promote cleanliness, safety, resource access, and community activation in the South Side.
Responsibilities
- Plans for and coordinates major organizational initiatives, project activities, and ensures all tasks are completed on time.
- Communicates project updates and progress to leadership, team members, and stakeholders.
- Manages project documentation and maintains accurate records.
- Assists in budget tracking and financial reporting for the project.
- Facilitates meetings and ensures action items are followed up on.
- Identifies and resolves project issues and escalates as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or equivalent education and experience, required.
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy and position-specific requirements.
- Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
- Three years of relevant professional experience, required.

Physical Requirements
- Occasionally: Bend/twist, climb stairs/ladder, cold temperatures, flexing/extending of neck, lifting/carrying 0-10 lbs, lifting/carrying 11-20 lbs, pushing/pulling 0-25 lbs, pushing/pulling 26-40 lbs, reaching above shoulder, squat/kneel.
- Frequently: Driving motor vehicles (work required), hand use (grasping, gripping, turning), hot temperatures, interpreting data, peripheral vision, standing, walking, working outdoors.
- Continuously: Audible speech, color vision, computer skills, decision making, depth perception, hearing acuity, problem solving, repetitive hand/arm use, seeing (far/near), sitting.
