SSO Engineer
About the Role
This contract position is with a major banking client and will be based in Denver, CO; Charlotte, NC; or Washington, DC. The role requires a full‑time, five‑day‑in‑office schedule (Monday to Friday) and is expected to run for 12–18 months.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience
- Hands‑on implementation of Single Sign‑On (SSO) using Ping Identity solutions (PingFederate, PingAccess) including policy design and integrations
- Experience with SSO protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Cloud IAM expertise in AWS and Azure (application federation, roles, policies)
- Programming/customization experience in Java and Python or C# for IAM solutions
- Directory and authentication knowledge: LDAP, Active Directory, Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Enterprise‑level experience delivering SSO solutions
Compensation
Hourly rate: $75–$78 per hour. This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
