Responsibilities
- Handle precision rolling for stainless steel sheet shaping
- Wide usage for making pipes, cones, and vessels with a smooth finish
- Suitable for both pre-bending and post-forming processes without affecting surface quality
- Available in mechanical or hydraulic types to match workshop requirements
- Roll synchronization, sheet grip mechanism, and controlled roller alignment for accurate bending
- Minimize spring-back and allow exact edge alignment during rolling
- Maintain even pressure and fine rolling for stainless steel without warping or scratch marks
Requirements
- Experience in stainless steel sheet forming
- Knowledge of precision rolling techniques
- Understanding of mechanical and hydraulic drive systems
- Ability to work in a fabrication center environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
