Responsibilities
- Provides temporary support to Food & Nutrition at URMC, in a variety of roles, including, but not limited to: the preparation of sandwiches or hot meals, cleaning tables, washing dishes, serving staff, and/or the general public.
- Candidates must be available for rotating shifts, and every other weekend and holiday.
Qualifications
- Requires knowledge of the methods of food preparation
- Able to read and write English and understand and follow oral and written instructions
- 1 year experience in commercial food service
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to lift items weighing approximately 40-50 pounds
