Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on ASC 718 and related accounting standards (including ASC 260), translating regulatory requirements into scalable product functionality.
- Understand system calculations and dependencies as they relate to equity-based accounting requirements, including Expense, Deferred Tax, Earnings Per Share Dilution, Disclosures, Proxy reporting and Employee Stock Purchase Plan requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities, improve automation, and differentiate in the market.
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate emerging regulatory changes and proactively incorporate them into the product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, operations, and client service teams to ensure product success.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within financial services or enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with equity compensation accounting systems or related financial reporting platforms.
- Demonstrated experience delivering product features end-to-end in partnership with engineering teams.
- Experience working directly with clients and supporting product-driven business growth.
- Desired: Background in accounting, finance, or financial analysis; Experience working with regulatory-driven products or complex financial models; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar discipline; CPA or CEP a plus.

- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
