Sr Workplace Benefits Product Manager - Equity Compensation Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on ASC 718 and related accounting standards (including ASC 260), translating regulatory requirements into scalable product functionality.
• Understand system calculations and dependencies as they relate to equity-based accounting requirements, including Expense, Deferred Tax, Earnings Per Share Dilution, Disclosures, Proxy reporting and Employee Stock Purchase Plan requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities, improve automation, and differentiate in the market.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate emerging regulatory changes and proactively incorporate them into the product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, operations, and client service teams to ensure product success.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within financial services or enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with equity compensation accounting systems or related financial reporting platforms.
• Demonstrated experience delivering product features end-to-end in partnership with engineering teams.
• Experience working directly with clients and supporting product-driven business growth.
• Desired: Background in accounting, finance, or financial analysis; Experience working with regulatory-driven products or complex financial models; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar discipline; CPA or CEP a plus.
