Your Core Responsibilities
- Oversee Workers’ Compensation cases, including intake, claim filing, and ongoing coordination with carriers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate concurrent leave designations (e.g., FMLA with Workers’ Compensation)
- Review medical restrictions and facilitate return-to-work or accommodation processes in collaboration with leadership
- Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
- Track and report on claims activity, trends, and lost time; provide insights to leadership
- Partner with Safety and HR teams to identify injury trends and support prevention strategies
- Manage OSHA logs, reporting requirements, and annual postings
- Provide guidance to managers on leave compliance, expectations, and employee support
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in leave administration and Workers’ Compensation case management
- Strong working knowledge of FMLA, PFL, DBL, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation coordination
- Experience managing high-volume caseloads with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Valid NYS Drivers license and willingness to drive to all Lifetime Assistance locations, as needed
