Sr. Workday Systems Analyst- Compensation & Performance
About the role
You will be responsible for collaborating with HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and business stakeholders to develop and implement requirements for projects designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Workday Talent, Performance, and Compensation processes. This role leverages deep knowledge of the talent technology ecosystem and Workday HCM to research, develop, configure, and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its strategic goals. The Talent Technology Experienced Professional partners with the Talent Technology team to oversee the administration, governance, testing, and optimization of Workday Compensation and Performance Management solutions. In addition, this role trains and supports team members on new and established processes.

- Special projects, as assigned, related to researching, specifying, developing, testing, and implementing enhancements to Workday Compensation and Performance Management processes and technologies. (20%)

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience supporting Compensation, Performance Management, and/or Talent Management in a post-production environment.

- Talent Management
- Proven experience supporting annual compensation and performance cycles from planning through deployment and production support.
- Experience gathering business requirements and partnering directly with HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Workday business process configuration, security impacts, reporting, and tenant administration.
- Experience supporting Workday quarterly releases, regression testing, feature evaluations, and production deployments.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with technical and functional stakeholders across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
