Sr. Website UI/UX Designer

About the role

The Senior Website UI/UX Designer will report to the Director of Website Strategy and will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences across the CoreWeave web ecosystem. This role involves partnering closely with developers, marketers, brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to create user-centered website experiences, evolve design systems, support website redesign and migration initiatives, and transform complex business and technical requirements into elegant, conversion-focused interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences across the CoreWeave web ecosystem
• Partner closely with developers, marketers, brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to create user-centered website experiences
• Evolve design systems and support website redesign and migration initiatives
• Transform complex business and technical requirements into elegant, conversion-focused interfaces
• Use AI-powered tools and workflows to improve creative efficiency, scalability, and quality

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UI/UX digital web design
• Proven experience supporting large-scale website redesigns, migrations, and digital modernization initiatives
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design workflows
• Strong experience creating scalable design systems, reusable UI patterns, and component libraries
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, responsive design, and conversion-focused UX best practices
• Strong experience designing for complex web ecosystems with multiple user journeys, audiences, and content types
• Strong experience building high-fidelity prototypes and incorporating thoughtful animations and transitions into modern digital experiences
• Ability to translate business, marketing, and technical requirements into intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve design speed, quality, research, ideation, and scalability
• Strong understanding of developer handoff workflows and cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams
• Able to work quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard for quality and consistency
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
