Sr. Visual Designer

About the role

The Senior Visual Designer will join a legal and regulatory research portfolio, contributing to the development of AI-driven solutions, modern design systems, and customer-centric product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design for AI-Powered Experiences
• Create interfaces for AI-generated summaries, conversational interfaces, and AI-assisted research workflows.
• Apply best practices for conversational AI and human-centered AI design.
• Leverage AI tools to improve design execution and team productivity.
• Support Strategic Research Products
• Contribute to experiences across multiple research, analytics, and intelligence platforms.
• Evolve a mature enterprise design system.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Ensure concepts are elevated into polished visual solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Support a fast-moving environment where UX, research, AI experimentation, and visual design occur in parallel.
• Quality & Execution
• Ensure designs are complete, current, and ready for implementation.
• Maintain high standards for visual quality and user experience.
• Balance speed and craftsmanship in a rapidly evolving product organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Design, Product Design, or UX/UI Design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale design systems.
• Strong understanding of component-based design methodologies.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional product teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and design quality.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end visual design work for digital products.
• Experience designing AI-powered products or conversational experiences.
• Familiarity with component libraries and developer-design collaboration workflows.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools.
• Experience working within enterprise SaaS, compliance, research, knowledge-management, or data-intensive platforms.
• Experience designing information-dense workflows and complex research environments.
