Sr. Value Consultant

Responsibilities

• Guide clients towards measurable outcomes through value-based engagements like assessments and platform reviews
• Translate business objectives into actionable recommendations based on data analysis
• Develop value narratives that connect the company’s capabilities to client priorities
• Manage end-to-end value consulting engagements with high-quality outputs
• Present insights and recommendations through data-backed discussions
• Support account strategy by contributing to renewals and strategic planning
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align on client goals and success measures
• Identify opportunities for optimization by benchmarking against peers

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in value consulting, management consulting, or a related SaaS, fintech, or banking technology role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial institution operations and digital banking strategies
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills adaptable to various audiences
• Analytical proficiency with usage data and performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently on complex customer engagements
