Accountabilities
- Lead UX and product design initiatives from initial concepts through final implementation using modern design tools such as Figma.
- Create intuitive, high-quality user experiences aligned with user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
- Apply accessibility standards and inclusive design practices, including WCAG compliance, across all experiences.
- Conduct research, analyze user insights, and leverage data to inform and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define problems, explore solutions, and refine designs.
- Participate in product discussions, design reviews, and brainstorming sessions to address complex challenges.
- Present design concepts, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders at different levels.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
- Ensure consistency with established design systems, UX standards, and product patterns.
- Use AI-powered tools responsibly to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and support innovative design processes.
- Continuously improve product experiences by identifying opportunities for usability enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience in UX design within collaborative product teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the full UX design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, and final execution.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern UX design tools.
- Experience designing accessible, inclusive, and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design rationale and decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creating meaningful digital experiences that solve real user problems.
