Sr. Underwriting Analyst - Risk Management General Casualty

Job Description

Primary responsibility is to assist underwriters in servicing new and existing accounts.

• Book accounts, prepare endorsements and binders
• Evaluate new and renewal policies and endorsements
• Prepare and issue manuscript policies
• Service accounts, including resolving agent’s inquiries, complaints, requests, and policy processing activities with guidelines
• Gather and organize specified information and reports to assist in the underwriting decision

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong portfolio management and production skills with an understanding of the company’s business objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Computer skills
• Candidates must be able to work in a high volume atmosphere
• Candidates must be extremely organized
