Sr. Transportation Project Manager

Location: Canonsburg, PA | Type: Direct Hire | Hybrid work model

About the role

Lead highway and bridge design projects across Pennsylvania. Relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new business with existing and prospective clients
• Lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick-off
• Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing
• Lead design strategy and collaborate with teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout
• Prepare project proposals and serve as primary client contact
• Navigate and implement public processes and municipal approvals
• Represent firm in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years transportation design engineering and project management experience
• Professional Engineering License (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) nearing licensure
• Demonstrated DOT experience
• Client relationship and business development experience
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferences

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in MicroStation
• Familiarity with PennDOT design standards

Pay

$125,000–150,000 annually
