Sr. Transformation Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Transformation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will help shape and guide a transformation-focused learning and engagement program, with a strong emphasis on governance, adoption, and measurable impact. The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders to create a learner-centered experience that supports organizational change and strengthens awareness across the business. This position also requires a strategic, data-informed approach to program performance and continuous improvement.
