Sr. Transformation Coach

About the role

Sr. Transformation Coach position located in Merrifield, VA (remote setting). This contract role requires expertise in Agile principles and a focus on driving cultural change within the organization. You will lead and mentor teams in Agile methodologies, work with various technologies to enhance business value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train cross-functional teams on Agile values and practices.
• Identify and coach Agile evangelists to increase organizational maturity.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies and ensure effective team collaboration.
• Develop and deliver Agile training materials and presentations.
• Lead strategic initiatives to overcome delivery impediments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Agile coaching and transformation at scale.
• Proven track record in influencing organizational behavior change.
• Strong experience with project management tools like JIRA or Azure Boards.
• Excellent communication skills with senior executives.
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
